eBay has sold 70% of Skype for $ 2 billion

American Group eBay announced Friday it has completed the sale of 70% stake in Skype for $ 2 billion, a group of investors that includes the two founders of internet telephony system. eBay, which will keep a stake of 30% in the group will receive 1.9 billion U.S. dollars in cash and then another 125 million U.S. dollars, according to a release of the group. Skype transaction group evaluates approximately 2.8 billion U.S. dollars.
